WELCOME LEAFLETS & WEBSITES
The trifold Site Welcome Leaflets were designed for all 9 of our refugee accommodation sites across Greece. It provides all the necessary information in a concise manner for incoming arriving refugees to the sites we managed. Information such as basic rules for registration, access to services, office hours, shelters and hygiene facilities available, feedback/complaints mechanism, WhatsApp Broadcasts, emergency phone numbers, and maps of nearby locations for basic living needs. It also provides a QR code linked to websites I also designed and tailored for each of our accommodation sites which provides more information and online resources for residents than the trifolds. WEEKLY DEMOGRAPHICS REPORTS
The below are infographics designed using Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel and Power BI. These were produced on a weekly basis for over 50 refugee sites across mainland Greece from 2017 until 2022. It provided a snapshot of each location for both management and the government informing them of the basic demographic breakdowns per site and across the country. These were necessary in order to make better decisions on services and provide better accommodation from the overflow of refugees on the islands to the numerous spacious mainland sites. Also used for weekly site wide meetings with all NGOs present as well as for general public use.
Database Demographics
The below are demographics designed using Microsoft Excel. These pages stream data collected and stored in the Excel database systems I designed for all 9 DRC Greece sites from 2018 until 2021. It provided breakdowns of key data collected on the refugees residing on site to better plan services of the organizations present, monitor key indicators needed for DRC management, and provide the government with the status of site populations to make more informed decisions.

A map of one of our sites in Kavalari designed using Adobe Illustrator.
An assessment created using PowerPoint to present all the officially defined types of shelters used for refugees across 56 sites and the 6 different NGOs managing those sites.
Using the data streaming in from the KoboToolbox forms I developed, I created a dashboard in Microsoft Excel that allows you to select by name the individuals and their data collection teams which reveals their photo, progress, and completion status for data entries in the field. It was a great tool to see in real time the progress made doing data verifications for whole sites where we had several staff members working in pairs going door to door. It promoted a healthy dose of competition among staff to do the most amount of entries with an eye on accuracy.
